This was our first visit, From the moment that we stepped through the door we were welcomed by friendly staff who were also knowledgeable about the Silverstone circuit and its history

Transport & Parking

plenty of disabled parking in the Silverstone experience's dedicated carpark directly outside the front of the building

Access

Lift access to upper floor where the experience starts and to lower floor where the experience continues. Plenty of interactive screens and displays

Toilets

Accessible toilet on both levels, we used the upper levels toilet, it was very clean and tidy, grab rails where needed and plenty of room to move around

Staff

Staff were really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful

Temperature check at the entrance, plenty of hand sanitizer stations and cleaning stations next to each interactive screen or display to clean after you have used, also on entering everyone is given a stylus to use on the interactive screens which you put in a box to be cleaned as you leave.
