Overview
I booked a stay in this dog friendly ‘accessible ‘ cottage while my house is being renovated. When I got there the car park was covered with thick gravel so I could not use my mobility scooter. The cottage was so far away from the car park that I was unable to get to it. I went home and called cottages.com for a refund which they refused, claiming that it was not justified. BE AWARE.
