Overview
Cinema seating area is good as is the car parking at the back. However the door is very narrow to get in and the timing on the door is quick to close. Toilets bad.
Transport & Parking
Travelled in own car and parking at the front of the cinema is very busy so go around the back. There is plenty of accessible space around the back entrance.
Access
The doors at front and back are narrow so if you are in a wide wheelchair, you might feel a bit tight getting through them. The cinema door is quite heavy and I needed help to get in and out of the cinema. The food places are high up and hard to see the ice-cream. Queuing up for popcorn is difficult as it is a tight area. My carer went for me in the end.
Toilets
On occasions I’ve been to this cinema, the toilets were locked and out of order. I was unable to use the toilet at all. There is only one disabled toilet. On the one occasion I did manage to use it, the toilet is very small and hard to navigate in a Powerchair.
Staff
Staff don’t help you at all. They are simply not there. There is one person by the door to check your tickets and they are too busy checking tickets to help.
