Overview
This shop mobility led our branch of the MS Society (Croydon) a merry dance around the streets outside the car park then expected those of us that had booked scooters to walk over 250 yards into the car park and then all the way to find their office, not seeming to understand that we booked them to aid us due to our disabilities, not just some lazy people who didn't want to walk. And when I explained that to the woman on the phone (apparently not even in Brighton) she seemed shocked that we had mobility issues.

The centre only had one lift that was barely able to take one scooter and was usually full of baby buggies when any of us needed it
