Overview

We loved this hotel! The staff were very friendly. We loved our room. We went for the superior guest room and not the disabled access rooms, which they also had. It was very tight into the bathroom, which was fine for us as Paul just jumped out of his chair, but probably would be best to go for the disabled room if this wasn't an option.

Transport & Parking

The taxis was able to drop us right outside the hotel and if we needed another one the door men were more than happy to help us out. We were told that buses were available close by too, but we didn't use them. Also the hop on hop off tour buses stopped close by.

Access

The front entrance was ramped with automatic doors, I believe the side entrance was also flat into, however we never used this one. Once in the lobby is all on one level and there were many lifts up to the rooms.

Toilets

We didn't use it but there were signs to say that disabled toilets were available on the second floor.

Staff

The staff were amazing! Nothing was as issue for them and they were very keen to help.

We had no issues regarding accessibility at this hotel. The rooms very lovely and the hotel was very nice. You have free wifi available in the lobby and a gym that was also accessible in the basement.
