Overview
We were met at the door and immediately introduced to a member of staff who would look after us during our visit. I was shown to the wheelchair lift and accompanied down to the bar which had an access slope (too steep for me to navigate independently) and I was shown where the accessible wc was. I did not use the WC but it was well positioned. The member of staff returned when we were called to our seats Row U and he explained he would return at the interval to check if we needed anything. Our seating space was on a slope so I needed to position myself at an angle to be comfortable but this worked well because of the stage direction. When we booked the seats we were advised to contact the Theatre if we needed seats to be removed behind the wheelchair accessible space. We did this because I am quite tall sat in my chair and did not want to block anyone's view. The seats were well positioned, the customer service was excellent and I would definitely recommend seeing Mrs Doubtfire at this Theatre.
Transport & Parking
Just a short push from Covent Garden - I do not imagine they have any parking provision.
