Overview

We needed a food venue to meet the needs of 4 people all wanting different things which is why we chose the Seven Dials Market hall. There are multiple very different food outlets positioned around and communal seating area. There is a large lift to take you down to the basement food level. The lift is regularly used by catering staff with food trolleys but the main foot traffic uses the wide stairs so it was not a problem getting the lift. There are gentle sloped ramps from street level to the upper food floor. The dining spaces are very busy, noisy and bustling with people but we found a table space and by pure fortune it had a wheelchair space where the bench seat has been cut away. The table is the perfect height for a wheelchair user. There is an accessible WC which was clean and fully accessible - it does struggle wit non disabled use because it is so busy.

Access

4.5

The access is very well thought out and I easily navigated independently. The lift is large and there were no steps that I saw anywhere. Too busy to easily see signage.

Toilets

3.5

One accessible WC on basement level, not easily found and used by general public due to how busy the restaurants are.
