Overview
We would just like to say a huge thank you to our guide Gareth who made our visit so enjoyable and worthwhile and obviously enjoys his job immensely and could not have been more engaging. We were leading a group from all over Wales and were made to feel so welcome and were thrilled that Mark Isherwood to time out of his busy day to come a speak to our volunteers on a range of housing issues.
Transport & Parking
Access
We found the access for two of our group who have mobility issues was very good and made use of the lifts to access the building which were clearly signposted.
Toilets
Lovely clean toilets - such a treat.
Staff
From the very first enquiry, right through to the visit itself, the service we received was impeccable !
