Overview
We visited with a group of young people all with additional needs. Accessibility is fantastic, and our tour guide was excellent. Thank you for this opportunity.
Transport & Parking
parking was good, we used the pay and display area opposite the Sennedd building.
Access
disabled access is excellent.
Toilets
good signage to identify the facilities.
Staff
Huw was our tour guide and he was great. he used appropriate content and speed in his delivery. However right from the security check at the entrance, all members of staff were great.
