Not only is this store fully accessible, the staff are really helpful and friendly, without being obtrusive.

Transport & Parking

There are lots of disabled parking bays and there is a bus station in the grounds

Access

This shop is on 2 floors. There is a lift. There are mobility scooters and wheelchairs for people to use

Toilets

It could have been cleaner, but it was quite late in the day when I went in. The accessible toilet is the first thing you come to in the toilet block.

Staff

I would give higher if I could. As soon as I go in, the staff know I'm not always good on my feet. Straight away, they will leave what they're doing and bring me a key for a scooter. When I've finished shopping, I only have to ask and the security guard will get me a trolley to put my shopping in. All through the store, there are plenty of people working on the shop floor to help reach items

Anything else you wish to tell us?

I didn't feel confident about going shopping on my own before. Tesco has given me some independence back.
