Overview
Gained excellent information pre visit covering a wide range of potential access issues. The museum itself was amazing, conveying the history of Southampton as well as a detailed exhibition of the Titanic. No hassle going round the place so I was able to just enjoy the experience. Coffee shop & gift shop are places to visit too! Highly recommended. Carer 'goes free' scheme.(£9.50 entrance fee) We had a lovely picnic in a park just across the road.
Transport & Parking
Went on a Saturday so parked around the corner in West Car Park (Free) and then pushed round. Street parking available
Access
Lift and appeared, from my experience, completely accessible. I didn't see any braille around.
Toilets
Warning: all the toilets are where the police cells were which was very eerie!! Space for a carer. Clean & tidy.
