Overview

The staff were genuinely lovely, they have done great things with this old venue to make it accessible, the only thing that lets them down is the toilet. I have added a photo of the view of the stage. It’s a side on view so a very small area of stage you might not be able to see fully, but I was able to see all the main actors and songs of the show.

Transport & Parking

It’s central London so not easy. We parked about 15 minutes away and I wheeled there, not a problem for me. Might be more difficult for people who walk with mobility difficulties.

Access

Great access for wheelchair users. It is quite a walk from the box office round to the step free entrance, but ok on wheels. Although quite a steep hill on the way back which might be more difficult for Powerchairs. Once inside they have a great accessible area with a good view and chair for carer. Unfortunately I couldn’t access any bars/snacks/programme vendors independently, but they do a carer ticket so this wasn’t too much of an issue for me.

Toilets

Unfortunately this really let the place down. The toilet was behind a two door entrance with right angle turn. The accessible loo was not large enough to get my wheelchair in. I’m luckily able to walk a little bit so could manage but this would be an issue for someone who needs a direct transfer.

Staff

We had an amazing young girl who was looking after us. She came a few times to ask if we needed anything. Other staff were around if we needed anything too x
