Overview
Lunch with friends that was sadly disappointing.
Transport & Parking
Lots of parking but could not see andy painted disabled spaces
Access
Friends had to go in and ask for ramp. 2 ramps that were quite steep were put out by a stoney faced staff member and not the easiest to manage. No disabled access to outside seating in garden at back, so forced to sit inside in dark interior and sunny outside.
Toilets
Needed to drive chair through narrow area to get to disabled toilet, this was in the ladies toilet. No running water in sink or soap. Had to use main sink and had to pull hand soap off from holder on wall to use it as it was up to high and i would not have been able to use the hand push pump on top.
Staff
The staff are not very friendly and not very helpful.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
The food was overpriced and very poor quality. My chicken tempura was tasteless and batter was not tempura. Instead of Thai salad i was given oven chips and they were in a teeny basket. My friends curry had minimal rice and was spiced after cooking. The cost to each of us was £13.
