Overview
My wife and I went for a special lunch at the Savoy Grill to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had been before (before I became disabled) and thought nothing about access. Wrong! I am ambulant disabled using 2 sticks. Just as well as to access the American Bar required going up about 10 steps. And the nearest disabled toilet was down 10 steps and about a 200 m walk.
Transport & Parking
To my knowledge there is no disabled parking. We arrived by taxi
Access
The taxi drops you at the front door. It is flat into The Savoy Grill. But see my other comments
Toilets
Fine once you get there
Staff
Friendly but could be better
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Would go back. But for a 5 star hotel it should be better

Everything you say is correct but I have had a better experience. The American Bar arranged for my God-daughter to play the piano and they let me use the staff lift which comes out behind the bar - the staff bent over backwards to accommodate me and over come the difficult access issues of their very much grade 1 listed building.
