Overview
Cafe with varied menu (from seafood chowder to steak pie and chips) and wheelchair access overlooking beach. You can squeeze in on a scooter if it's not too full. Friendly staff are very helpful and will bring food to outside tables. In the same building, but separate, is an accessible toilet. Starting point for some nice sections of the Fife Coastal Path. I used a scooter with no real problems, though I was a bit stressed on some bumpy parts. (I'll be writing to the council about the potholes as they say it's wheelchair friendly.)
Transport & Parking
Not near public transport, but cars with blue badges can bypass the main car park and go down towards the cafe and beach. On a sunny weekend there aren't nearly enough spacious disabled parking places for everyone, but a fair amount of parking not too far from cafe.
Access
Toilets
Next to men's in cafe/toilet building. Would suit many disabled people. Basic but clean when I went. Room for a wheelchair but I didn't need to manoeuvre in the space. Grab rails.
