Overview
We live not far away so decided to go before the schools break up. They are building a large Rockwater cafe so plenty of drilling steel noise. Lots of barriers up for sporting events so only a small beach left at the moment. Couldn't find the wooden broadwalk down on the sand that the council mention on their website. Extortionate price of food of which a lot had gone by 1pm sold by a small stall with queues. Not many disabled parking spaces all of which taken but the car park wasn't full. We left the beach and went for a stroll along Poole Bay instead.
