Overview

I attended this venue in my wheelchair with my husband on Friday 6th October. From when I first arrived until when I left the staff were extremely helpful and supportive. They were very attentive throughout the event.

Transport & Parking

Disabled on street parking outside venue.

Access

Level entrance and lift to get to venue. Allocated named wheelchair space for myself and husband.

Toilets

Accessible toilet with plenty room to accommodate wheelchair and carer. Grab rails.

Staff

Staff were very helpful, supportive and attentive throughout event. Constantly checking that I was okay. I was the only wheelchair customer at the event. Whenever I needed to use the toilet the staff would clear way for me to reach the lift.
