Tangled red cord

Overview
This branch has a disabled toilet upstairs in the cafe and downstairs in the main store. Cafe has lift access. I complained that the red cord in the loos did not reach the floor and had been looped around pipe work or handrails in both toilets. On my next visit, not only were they still tangled but one had been knotted to a pipe. In addition They had placed a newspaper stand obstructing access to the lift call button.
