No access for wheelchair users - zero stars

Overview
I was unable to get into the shop. A big step at the entrance and a missing doorbell button. No welcome here for wheelchair users. Zero stars.
Transport & Parking
Bond Street station is 0.3 miles away and is fully step free, but check before you travel because TfL's lifts are notoriously unreliable and may well be out of service at this station, which is served by the Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth Lines. Oxford Street and Regent Street are very near by and are served by many bus routes.
Access
There is a big step at the entrance to the shop. See my photos below. There is a notice by the door saying 'For assistance please ring bell'. The button for ringing this doorbell is missing. The place where it used to be is a dull dirty grey rectangle. See my photo below. I was therefore unable to use the doorbell, unable to get the attention of staff for assistance, and unable to get into the shop. Zero stars.
Toilets
As I was unable to get into the shop I was unable to determine whether it has any toilets of any kind.
Staff
Because the doorbell button was missing I was unable to make contact with any staff and so did not meet any staff. Zero stars not only because I was unable to assess the staff, but also because the staff have not maintained the doorbell and its button.
