Dangerous and poor attempts

Overview
I went here for a rugby game ... the disabled seating reminds me of a bird watching box ... my carer was unable to stand up due to the height issue for the viewing area. The biggest and most dangerous issue was the nails and screws and staples that were showing through the ceiling and not even removed to protect people. We had to ask Scottish rugby to help us and they did but this is a issue by Kilmarnock fc as they own the stadium!
Transport & Parking
Good Parking however it seems on Match day that they don't communicate well on exiting as the security staff stood chatting and didn't direct cars. When I went to move slowly with hazards on.. they came rushing to shout at me to wait even though there was hardly anyone around
Access
Poor uneven surfaces making it difficult for those who use manual wheelchairs
Toilets
Toilets were ok. Issue though had to be a large black bin in there making it difficult to move about
Staff
Didn't really get help. Had brilliant help from Scotland rugby volunteers but that is all as security folks didn't talk much
Anything else you wish to tell us?
The disabled area is poor and the camera men sit infront. we asked them to move so we could see but they would moan. The amount of room to move about really is poor in the area when full. It's a poor disabled spectator area and I won't go back again
