Saltholme is a special place where we provide a home for some amazing wildlife, nestled within Teesside’s industrial landscape.
Accessibility
The entrance has wide, automatic sliding doors into the fully accessible visitors center. There is a generous lift up to the first floor café. The reserve paths are bound gravel and suitable for wheelchair users as well as pushchairs. We have two motorized scooters and a Tramper available for loan.

Toilets
There are two fully accessible toilets in the visitors centre, one upstairs and one downstairs. There are grab-rails and easy turn taps.
