Overview
This period pub has a garden on the river and benches out front road side. Not trying to be a gastroenterologist pub or anything fancy they serve morning tea/coffee and cakes, sensible lunches and evening meals. They host regular quizzes and themed evenings.
Transport & Parking
Huge tarmac parking area but no designated disabled parking bays. On a bus route but very limited service.
Access
The pub is not ideally accessible but an effort has been made with the addition of a ramp. The door way is quite narrow and a ghastly Coir Mat greats you which is a wheelchair users nightmare!
Toilets
There is a designated WC but it needs updating. No handle at all and a narrow corridor to access.
Staff
Lovely and super accommodating.
