Overview
The Royal Mail Delivery office is located not far from the town centre area. This is also the collection point for items that they have been unable to deliver to you. There is good general access from the town centre to the office it is part of a small industrial estate.
Transport & Parking
There is a Blue badge space located next to the door you go in and for the size of the office is fine. There is a step up from the Car Park on to the pavement area that might be high for some people.
Access
The access point is the same for everyone and is the door nearest to the gate as you drive in. The door opens inward and there is an area very much like a post office with a counter. There was a few people in at the same time but there was still space to move the wheelchair. There is also a footpath from Coatbank Way round the side of the building to the entrance if you are not in a car a small section of this is a ramped area .
Toilets
There are no toilets available for members of the public to use.
Staff
The staff are very helpful a postman held the door open to let me in and the man who went and got the parcel made sure that I would be okay holding the box. Then also held the door open to let me back out there was room to turn the chair round in the collection area.
