Overview
Been to this venue many times, each visit always good. Wheelchair access everywhere. Better since the refurbishment with good bathroom facilities and lift access. Wheelchair spaces in different areas of the auditorium including front row and a box which is designed for wheelchair users plus one carer. Staff always willing to help and not patronising.
Transport & Parking
There is limited parking directly outside the building but a car park very close by where you can prebook a space alongside your show ticket.
Access
Level access through font entrance. Plenty of roomy bathrooms, lift access to all floors including bars. Lifts announce each floor as you go.
Toilets
Several toilets for disabled on ground floor. Each roomy with standard grab rails and red cords. Plenty of room for carer to assist. Always very clean.
Staff
Every time staff are always willing to help and are polite and knowledgeable. One time we moved seats at last minute and were treated with courtesy and staff were caring and helpful.
