Overview
My Branch merged with Bruntsfield which was positive in many respects in there being a power assisted Door, all on one level, it’s wheelchair accessible with designated counter assistance - which is lower. The downsides, it’s further to get to, not enough staff to meet demand. There are 2 outside ATM’s, plus 4 inside with deposit facility, one ATM is lower than the others. There is a coin depositor also. Staff recognise different requirements and act accordingly, It s located on the north City bound corner of Bruntsfield Terrace and Montpelier, it’s a busy main road in and out of the city, there is ample parking and excellent bus service provision.
Transport & Parking
Ample parking, mixture of pay bays, disabled access bays, Bus Services, 11, 15, 16, 23, 36 and 45 stop with 15m northbound and 30m southbound.
Access
Power assisted Door, all on one level, designated counter assistance queue, Lower position desk and ATM.

Staff
For a Bank and a busy one very aware and helpful, most of the staff are older and their experience is reflected in customer service, by closing Branches and mergers this Branch is very busy, always has more teller points than staff.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
With at least 2 teller counters unused, they could utilise the additional space - additional seating.
