This review is especially helpful for those who have or use the following: Wheelchair
Overview
Wheelchair accessible courtyard leading to small exterior cafe no wet weather cover. Ramp to entrance separate for wheelchairs, visitors with disabilities. Once inside a bit of a crush to ticket desk to collect pre booked tickets desk at good height. Lift to main gallery no provision for wheelchairs around a queuing rope system. Small exhibition labels made it very difficult to go close enough to read altho there were handlists in holders with large print etc.
Transport & Parking
We drove disabled parking has to be pre booked. Don't know about London Underground nearest wheelchair one would be Green Park.
Access
Signage not clear, no one to ask just by luck found ramp and someone opened door.
Toilets
Accessible, very good, rails, height, non slip floor etc.
Staff
Yes helpful but not excessively so, members of the public were useful.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Would reccomend venue but would probably do some more research directly with the establishment.
