Overview
From the moment of booking this venue which I had never before been to I felt confident that all my needs would be met, then after meeting Sam on arrival it immediately became obvious they go above and beyond. Free Disabled (secure) parking, admittedly limited, but pre bookable when you have purchased event tickets - I have only previously experienced this at the Royal Albert Hall. Fantastic Accessible toilets at multiple positions, carefully considered access routes, level/smooth services, the best searing options with unrestricted views and even access to the main floor arena for those brave enough and I did see one ambulant electric wheelchair user take advantage of this!
Transport & Parking
Driving to central London is not for everyone but on this occasion I needed to as an early (23:25) escape was necessary. Onsite blue badge parking, and free, is unbelievable and I almost left it out this review to keep it secret.
Access
Arriving at the Venue by wheelchair there is one awkward corner/hill but I cannot see any way this could have been avoided due to the topography of the site. Ramps are all well lighted, correct gradient and a perfect surface. Once in side this continues throughout on all levels
Toilets
On entrance there is an accessible WC with Shower facilities. Accessible WC on every floor opposite the lift entrances.
Staff
From the entrance guard who monitors access to the gated parking, to the Assistant manager who met us and explained who she was and how we could get any extra help through to every other member of staff who assisted us it was faultless.
