I travelled by bus - there are good bus links that come nearby so long as you don't mind a short walk over there.

Access

Level access to get in, although it's a bit of a squeeze once you're inside as it is small.

Toilets

I didn't go to the bathroom while I was there so can't comment on it.

Staff

The staff were lovely - very helpful and pleasant, and had a good laugh when they had to say some of the naughtier sounding names of the teapot cocktails!

Anything else you wish to tell us?

If you're going with a larger party, it might be an idea to see about booking/reserving a table in advance. They also do mad hatter parties where you can choose a posh hat to wear!
