Overview
Zero disabled facilities other than a good away ramp to get through the door. The venue consists of a large room with a stage and bar, there is a balcony but it'basically a very narrow walkway with barstools and up a flight of stairs with no lift. All the toilets are upstairs too. Bought tickets to 2 gigs, first gig left after 5 minutes. Didn't even wait for it to start so expensive mistake. Asked a staff member if there was a certain place a wheelchair should go and she just said they were a small venue and she could get a manager. I wasn't complaining just asking a question but I get the impression they've had a few complaints by her reaction to the question. The best a wheelchair user can expect is the view of the backsides of the people in front. Shame there's at least 5 shows on I'd want to attend in the next few months. I emailed the venue to say I felt the website needed to be clear but after 2 month they are yet to reply
