Overview

Looks small from the outside but once you get inside the wide level access door there is loads of room for a wheelchair to manoeuvre and plenty of space to get between tables to pick the perfect dining spot, either by the bar, a quiet corner or at the window to view across the Clyde. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. It wasn't a problem to move tables round to accommodate a very large power chair and cater to a particularly small appetite by offering a smaller portion and boxed left overs. I had no call to use the bathroom so can't say for certain if there was a good accessible loo.

Transport & Parking

Disabled parking bay with area of dropped kerb on the street directly outside the restaurant at the end of a row of other parking bays. Large car park at the pier across the road too.

Access

Level entry, wide door. The door was heavy but staff were quickly on hand to assist. Good hard floor inside and plenty of room to manoeuvre a wheelchair inside. Room between tables and although the bar is quite high the waiter was over almost immediately to take drinks orders. Service was swift, friendly and highly professional.

Didn't visit the loo on this occasion.

On this occasion I visited in my 'big chair' which is a large outdoor powerchair and there was plenty of room to move inside on the hardwood floor. Very good spacious access to almost every table. Tables were a good height too.
