Overview
If you go to the Liquid Force Kite cafe on Rhyl front the owner will be able to help, he will ring the life guards to get the key and there are accessible beach wheelchairs in the red and brick lock up shed. They are excellent so easy to use on the beach and go in the sea. There is a purpose built ramp to use on them down to the beach. They are brilliant no one seems to know they are there, but they are, don't let them tell you otherwise. Simon the owner of the cafe will help if you're stuck and he does amazing ice-cream and coffees. Well worth a trip to this beach just to be able to get on it. Only down side seems to be we couldn't find any changing places in North Wales.
Transport & Parking
Excellent parking in good bays and good access to the beach front and liquid force cafe. But a bit pricey for parking. Its the carpark before the RNLI for the cafe and wheelcahirs
Access
This is a purpose built large ramp and also wheelchair signed lanes down to it.
Toilets
Disabled loo, a good walk up from the beach. No good for us as we needed a changing place
Staff
Extremely helpful, very friendly and caring
Anything else you wish to tell us?
RNLI didnt seem to know they were there, but Simon at the cafe does but has to get the key from the RNLI.
