Overview
My second visit with family as first time around we didn't have time to see it all. It's easy to find when driving and I haven't found any areas not accessible. Beautiful garden and glass house which I enjoyed more than Kew Gardens in London. It's expensive (£15 for adults / carers free) and a hot meal will set you back around £20 per person for not a lot. The site is vast and has a few extra space accessible toilets but no hoists/benches.
Transport & Parking
There are around 30 accessible parking spaces which are well signposted. However, we have been before when every space was full as it's popular and serves the plant nursery (amazing collection of Kane's to buy).
Access
Step free access to all areas on various terrains but mostly flat. There is a slope up through the rockery which might be tough in a manual chair but worth it to view the waterfall areas. I had no problem in my powerchair. There are good spaces in the cafe and restaurant with reserved priority seating for wheelchair users. Tables have a high clearance to get under. There is both a ramp and lift to the upper level in the glass house. The pond area has no barrier before the path slopes into the water which might be an issue for visually impaired visitors. There are seats to rest on all around the gardens. The cafe has gluten free food.
Toilets
Toilets by the glass house and in the cafe opposite both have extra wide spaces. I prefers the cafe ones as the support rail in the other ones was a bit far back to hold easily. There are no toilets with hoists/benches. They all have baby changing units but the toilet I used didn't have an accessible baby changing unit as there was no free space underneath.
