Overview
Reiss is a very agreeable chain of clothing shops. This one in Long Acre has easy access all areas, lift to all floors and adorable staff.
Transport & Parking
No step-free stations nearby, and absurd to even dream about parking in Covent Garden. Plenty of bus routes will drop you off a few blocks away in Shaftesbury Avenue or Strand.
Access
A friendly welcome, level access into the shop, and a fine lift to all floors. Plenty of space between the display stands too. Full marks.
Toilets
N/A - it's not the size of shop where you'd expect a toilet.
Staff
Very sweet and helpful, without being obtrusive. Someone even offered to accompany me upstairs when I took the lift. Full marks!
