Overview

Great, good walks and scenery and so much to look at. Lots of information on the nature that can be found there on boards around the place. They have an all terrain tramper mobility scooter (a beast) which they only ask for a donation towards upkeep and 24 hours notice to reserve, it was great and coped well with being out all day up hills and over mud (amongst other things!!!) and barely lost charge. The cafe was good too with lots of nice food. The only slight downside was that the size of the scooter meant that the shop and cafe were out of my reach but the tables outside and undercover more than made up for it, with the terrace having such wonderful views over the downs it was great to sit there anyway!!!

Transport & Parking

We drove and there were well places disabled bays just outside, they even brought the scooter out to me in the car!!!

Access

You would definitely need to have either an off road wheelchair or scooter or to borrow one of theirs, but with one of those it's great (hence the score!!!!) A couple of the hides were a bit too tight to get the scooter in but if you have a wheelchair or can use walking sticks to get into the place then you would be fine.

Toilets

To be honest I don't know as I didn't use the toilets or need to, so possibly a better score just don't know!!!

Staff

All staff we saw were kind and helpful, especially the person who brought and showed me how to use the mobility scooter

Would recommend, as said before, an off road wheelchair or mobility scooter but apart from that it was good.
