Overview
I found them clean and adequate: but no emergency red cord or way of calling for help. No Braille signage anywhere to be seen. Moderately hot water (41•C) and sanitary bag disposale bins...

The door was a manual opening and it opened towards you, which is very difficult to do for a wheelchair person.
Toilets
Paper: yes. Hot water: moderately hot. Baby changing facilities: yes, but for an able-bodied person standing up only.
