Overview
Promenade des Anglais, or the English Promenade, is Nice's iconic sea front.
Transport & Parking
There are lots of accessible, bus routes that run along the length of Promenade des Anglais.
Access
The prom follows the curve of the bay and continues for about 5 miles towards the airport. It's a flat, level wide boulevard adjacent to the sea and dotted with palm trees. There is a wide pathway for walkers, cyclists and skateboarders, which is seperated from the main road. Nice has a pebble beach rather than sand one and there are some restaurants directly on the beach, these appear only directly accessible by a flight of stairs. The Prom has plenty of seating including its iconic blue chairs. On the opposite side of the road are grand, sea front hotels in Belle Epoque architecture, restaurants and apartment blocks. There is also Masséna Musee and its gardens (see seperate review). It's a great place to walk, sit and relax and just take in the beautiful views.
Toilets
I didn't notice any public toilets.

Anything else you wish to tell us?
There is a memorial to the Bastille Day attack in 2016. The Prom is a popular place and its lovely to sit, read, watch the people walk by and the planes arriving and taking off from the nearby airport.
