Generally accessible, but with an awful toilet

Overview
Hard to get inside the shop, and the accessible toilet is absolutely terrible.
Transport & Parking
I don't know about parking. The nearest step-free station is King's Cross, which is quite a long way off. There are buses going up and down Euston Road, north of this branch of Prêt, but they too are a long way off. A few buses serve nearby Russell Square.
Access
Very disappointing. There is a significant step up into the shop. There is a doorbell for wheelchair users and for anyone else who needs to summon assistance to get in. I rang this bell. No one reacted. Eventually a random member of staff happened to spot me waiting outside and brought a wheelchair ramp, a flimsy fibreglass thing. Inside the shop the tables are too close together and it's very hard to find a suitable space for a wheelchair in the cramped space available. I won't be going here again.
Toilets
The 'ordinary' toilets were out of order. The accessible toilet has a huge rubbish bin in the wheelchair transfer area AND two other bins obstructing the rest of the floor area. This means that it is not possible to turn around within the toilet, and not possible at all to park in that area to transfer sideways to the toilet. How utterly thoughtless and silly! The wheelchair transfer area must always be kept clear. The red emergency cord had been cut off about two feet below ceiling level. Astonishing ignorance! Really disgraceful! The red cord must hang all the way to the floor so that it can be reached in case someone falls over and needs assistance. See my photos below.
Staff
The staff I encountered were friendly but seemed tired and a bit vacant. Zero stars because the staff are responsible for the appalling state of the accessible toilet.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
This is one of the worst branches of Prêt for wheelchair users and I don't recommend it at all.
