Overview
Excellent: prompt assistance, a good long ramp, and a completely perfect accessible toilet.
Transport & Parking
This branch of Prêt is right next to the National Gallery on Trafalgar Square, which is of course swarming with buses, and it's near Charing Cross Station, but there are no step-free tube stations nearby.
Access
Although there are two big steps up into the shop, I was able to ring a bell and get really prompt assistance with a good long ramp. Everything was easy.
Toilets
A rare treat: a perfect accessible toilet, with everything configured correctly and a free-hanging emergency red cord which reaches all the way to the floor.
Staff
As so often with Prêt, adorably friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble.
