Overview
I was unable to get inside. There is a big step at the entrance and the shop has no ramp. Zero stars.
Transport & Parking
I don't know about parking, but this branch is not far from Waterloo Station and Southwark Station, both of which are step-free on the Jubilee Line. Beware: the Jubilee Line lifts at both stations are notoriously unreliable and are often out of service. Check with TfL before you travel!
Access
There is a big step at the entrance. There is a doorbell button, with a sign consisting of a wheelchair symbol and the words "Please ring bell if you need assistance". I rang the bell once. No response from staff. It wasn't working or they were ignoring it. I rang the bell again. No response from staff again. Eventually a random customer alerted staff to my presence. A man sauntered over and told me they don't have a ramp. I was unable to get inside. Zero stars.
Toilets
As I was unable to get inside the shop, I was unable to find out whether they have any toilets of any kind.
Staff
The one member of staff I spoke to was not discourteous, but the staff get zero stars for not having a ramp.
