Overview
A Victorian railway station that has improved much over time, currently well sign posted with friendly staff whom are happy to help. Wheelchair access is made difficult due to masses of stairs leading up and down to platforms, there are lifts although these do not prove time-efficient. It has connections to many points in the country, however limited and expensive exterior parking.
Transport & Parking
Exterior parking to the Railway station is limited and expensive. However, as the Railway Station is located by the town centre, there are other options of parking nearby such as a multi-story.
Access
Toilets
Toilets were acceptable - which is better than most public facilities. They were modern
Staff
All staff appeared approachable, friendly and helpful. From those in the ticket stations, to those on platforms, to those in the café.
