Overview
Staying at the Premier in Stratford was surprisingly straightforward. It's unusual in that reception is on the first floor and it's attached to a shopping centre. It's very modern and the accessible room I had was great with a picture window looking across to the Olympic Park.
Transport & Parking
Transport is great if you are arriving from Stratford International on The High Speed One Service or the DLR (Docklands Light Railway). Access by car may be more complicated and more so if you need close proximity access. Stratford Regional Station at the other end of the shopping centre has bus, underground and tube links - the Jubilee line is accessible into town.
Access
I found the access during my visit to be very good. The lifts were large enough for my powerchair. The room very spacious with a good sized wet room. Visiting the be and restaurant areas there was enough space to easily move around. The tables and chairs could be moved to accommodate my wheelchair. Access in and out of the Premier to the adjoining shopping centre (Westfield Stratford) was easy.
Toilets
The wet room in my room was great with plenty of space and everything I needed. There was an accessible loo by the bar and restaurant which was fine.
Staff
Staff were very welcoming and particularly helpful when I visited the restaurant. It wasn't a problem getting help when I needed it.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
An ideal spot to stay for visiting London as you can easily get to so many places using the DLR, tube and High Speed One services. The bonus is you can enjoy visiting the Olympic Park.
