Overview
On arrival at this hotel there is a small platform lift to get you to reception (which I loved as it was super easy to use). We stayed in room 318 on 3rd floor. There are 2 lifts to access the other floors (6 floors in total I think). Lifts are not huge, by the time you get 2 adults plus myself in an average size manual wheelchair with luggage there is not much room left. Room was clean and tidy with a double bed and 1 single (which was put in at our request as the accessible rooms are just set up for 2 people and I was sharing with my mum and dad). Large bathroom with roll in shower with a shower seat attached to the wall. Breakfast in the basement isn’t huge but luckily it wasn’t too busy considering it was half term, so we got seated easily, staff moved a chair so I could get my chair at the table. I imagine if it was busy it might be a different experience with space being an issue.
Transport & Parking
We used a black cab which parked right outside the entrance.
