Overview
Booked this accomodation, also phoning ahead to check if suitable to be assured the room had a wet room. Unfortunately when we got there the room had a low level bath which I could not access.
Transport & Parking
One disabled parking space immediately outside reception but others far away so not enough spaces.
Access
OK.
Toilets
Toilet was accessible, large with grab rails but only a low level bath, no wet room
Staff
Anything else you wish to tell us?
As mentioned I phoned ahead (as I always do) to check the suitability of the accessible room to be given the wrong information. Won’t stay here again.
