Overview
I stayed in the hotel while visiting the city of Dundee if you have ever visiting a Premier Inn you will know what to expect as the rooms are of the same standard and layout
Transport & Parking
The Train station is across the road from the hotel a few minutes walk away. The bus station is about 5 minutes away by Taxi which is how we arrived at the hotel
Access
There is level access from the car park entrance to the reception desk area and rooms are over a few floors with in the hotel. The Beafeater restaurant attached to the hotel can be accessed via Two doors to the lefthand side of the reception desk
Toilets
The Toilets or Bathroom are as you would expect from this hotel chain there was plenty of grip rails in place and there were Red Cords next to the Toilet and Bath.
Staff
The staff we encountered were very professional and made us welcome
Anything else you wish to tell us?
If was only at check-in that we were made aware of the fact that rooms are not serviced every day as they normally use to be. You have to request this at reception stating what needs done eg Bins empty or Fresh Towels Apparently this is due to the difficulties of finding staff
