Overview
Though the entrance further would sell for wheelchair users is a little out the way (you have to go round the back of the building), the staff could not be more accommodating. Considering the hotel is right across the bridge from Westminster, the price is reasonable and the location could not be more perfect if your sightseeing. The bathroom in the accessible room is a wet room, with seating, and plenty of room. The bed is large and comfortable plus they can put, what they call elephant feet, to raise the bed if need be.
Transport & Parking
There are two accessible tube stations near this hotel, there is on street parking, and a taxi can pull up right at the front door.
Access
For wheelchair users, you do have to go round the back of the building to gain access, however this is simple enough and staff are really friendly and able to help.
Toilets
The bathroom in the room is large, laid out with thought, and as a wet room so everyone can stay clean.
Staff
Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
