Overview

Good clean hotel of usual Premier Inn standard. There are 3 disabled rooms, 2 with a bath and one with a wet floor shower, which is in the annexe. There was very few disabled parking spaces and the paint had rubbed off so others parked in them. There wasn't a disabled space at the annexe. The brewars fayre was close by with good access and a suitable accessible toilet

Transport & Parking

Only two disabled spaces at the front door but none at the annexe where the wet floor shower room is. The paint had rubbed off the disabled spaces so others just parked there

Access

Pavement outside is very uneven. The doors are also quite heavy. There are staff in the main building who can help and the 2 disabled rooms with baths are in this building. The room with the wet floor shower, is in a seperate annexe and has no staff so if you are on your own you might struggle with the doors

Toilets

Toilet in the rooms in the hotel and have good access. The brewars fayre has a good accessible toilet

Staff

I literally didn't ever see the staff in the Premier Inn because we were sleeping in the annexe. The staff in the restaurant were helpful and friendly
