Overview
Portland Bill lighthouse has a flat path around it which is mainly concrete. You can get down to near the seafront by the same path. It has great views and on a windy day be prepared for sea splashes! The seafront is slightly down hill so you have to go back up to the car park. If you had mountain bike tyres you could go to the left of the lighthouse but it is bumpy and not a proper path so wouldn't attempt alone.
Transport & Parking
Parking is in a public car park which you have to pay for. £1 an hour but blue badge holders get an extra hour on top. There are plenty of spaces but not many wide bayed spaces suitable for a wheelchair.
Access
There is a tea/coffee hut by the beach but is only accessible over grass. There is a restaurant but you sit inside and they may expect you to eat.
Toilets
Loos are in the car park and accessed by a radar key. They are a bit dated and the seat was a bit high. There was a grab rail but no red aid cord.

Anything else you wish to tell us?
It's a great place to be able to access views of the sea without all the sand.
