Overview
It's Edinburgh. It's Festival time. So be aware that it's going to be busy! Having said that the infrastructure is in place and the staff are super helpful and made our visit as painfree as possible!
Transport & Parking
Parking is a bit of a nightmare (again - it's the festival) but you can get dropped off nearby and there are also bus stops nearby.
Access
Good access throughout. There are ramps built in to get to different levels. It was very busy when we visited but we could get around fine. To get to the show we were taken to the front of the queue and taken in a different entrance to ensure we were able to get in quickly and find our seats. There were reserved seats and spaces for people with additional access requirements.
Toilets
Great... When you could find it!! The biggest problem with the loo was that the door was plastered in Fringe posters and flyers making it very well camouflaged and hard to find.
Staff
Really great - as helpful as they could be. Staff on the door encouraged us to the front of the queue and made sure that we were happy with our seats. They were also on hand to make sure we exited safely following the performance.
