Overview

When I walked in the staff were a little bit confused, it took them several minutes to find my seat. I asked one of them when I was sitting and they just pointed in a vague direction. I saw somebody I knew who pointed me to my exact seat eventually! It was a bit chaotic. I eventually got to the seat and enjoyed the show. I got a mask as well at half time I got a photo with the Lady Boys which I thoroughly enjoyed. The sets were brilliant and I enjoyed the show a lot. I enjoyed the 'spice girls' the most.

Transport & Parking

My taxi dropped me off right outside. I didn't see any parking spaces nearby so I don't know what I would've done if I didn't get there in a taxi.

Access

I wasn't too sure where I was going, no signage. I found it quite difficult to find my seat. Once I got sat down it was quite good. I couldn't see everything I wanted to see, they placed me quite far back. I ended up standing up and moving a bit closer, people didn't seem to mind. There were seats outside the venue where you could sit and take a break. No alternative formats. No induction loop that I could see. I couldn't always hear what the person was saying - it was loud at first and then the voices tapered off a little bit. Needs clearer instructions.

Toilets

Unsure. I didn't see any, there wasn't clear signage indicating an accessible toilet.

Staff

The staff could've been more helpful, they weren't very helpful with directions. The audience members around me were much more helpful!
