Overview
The foyer/ entrance and waiting area was far too loud. There were no safe spaces where you could go to calm down where it wasn't noisy. There wasn't a clear sign for a lift, I had to ask a staff member. However, once I got inside and sat down, the venue was fantastic, it was well-lit, the acoustics were fantastic, much better than in the foyer. The stage set was very pleasing to the eye. It wasn't too overcrowded. And the comedian was FANTASTIC.
Transport & Parking
I came by taxi. I had to be very specific because the taxi nearly took me to the wrong venue. But after that they dropped me off right outside the venue.
Access
There was no space for people who are neurodiverse to sit and unwind and be quiet. There wasn't clear signage for lifts. I couldn't see any spaces for people with wheelchairs in the foyer. I sat at the front at the show, I could see everything I wanted.
Toilets
I saw one accessible loo.
Staff
The staff were great.
